DO YOU HAVE ANY MEMORIES OF WOLVERHAMPTON GRAND THEATRE PRIOR TO THIS CURRENT VISIT?
My first visit was in 1982 as Mr. Badger in "Wind in the Willows" and I wonder if any local children who joined us to play fieldmice, rabbits or Portly, the otter, come here to see any of the shows 40+ years on. I was touched on my last visit in 2015 to see the poster for the show in the Green Room - where it is still on display - and I was able to take Mr. Toad down to see it!

WHAT HAVE YOU ENJOYED MOST ABOUT YOUR CURRENT TIME WITH US?
The Grand always gives the warmest of welcomes and it is refreshing to visit a theatre where the dressing rooms are accessible throughout the day and you're greeted by friendly Stage Door staff.
.
HAVE THERE BEEN ANY MEMORABLE MOMENTS DURING THIS VISIT?
Meeting one of the Friends of the Theatre at the first night welcoming buffet, it was a surprise to learn she happens to be a long-standing friend of my half-sister.

AS WE TURN 130 THIS YEAR, IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO THE THEATRE/VISITING COMPANIES/OUR AUDIENCES?
It would be so good to see more straight plays which are affordable for young people and which would foster the entusiasm of school-age theatre audience members. It's a country-wide problem and won't be solved in a hurry - if at all!
